AIR INSIDE COVERED PARK

Air quality inside cover park must be monitored according to section VI article PS31 from the 'arrête du 9 mai 2006', and article 17 from 'arreté du 3 mars 1975'.
The air quality is directly linked with the concept of forced ventilation of parking aeras.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY

In accordance with European directives and under the Grenelle 2 law, a new  legislation was introduced in France by Decree No. 2011-1728 of December 2, 2011 and will come under the following schedule below.

Decree No. 2011-1728 of 2 December 2011 on the quality monitoring Indoor air in some public buildings
NOR: DEVP1116193D
Audiences: owners and operators of public buildings (ERP).
Subject: definition of the conditions for monitoring the quality of indoor air in public buildings.
When in force : the text introduces progressively obligations to monitor periodically the quality of Indoor air in the ERP.
requirement that must be satisfied:
- Before 1 January 2015 for collective establishments welcoming children under six years and nursery schools;
- Before 1 January 2018 for elementary schools;
- Before 1 January 2020 for receptions recreational and educational institutions second degree
- Before 1 January 2023 for other establishments.
The non-compliance with the terms of implementation of this obligation may be punished by a fine of 1500 euros.

ABESTOS:



Decree No. 2012-639 of 4 May 2012 relating to asbestos exposure risks (NOR: ETST1208459D) imposed a number of obligations regarding the protection of workers against the risks of exposure to asbestos.
This decree has just been completed by an Order of 8 April 2013 on technical requirements, preventive measures and to set up collective means of  protection to be
implemented by companies during operations involving exposure to asbestos

Extract:

Audiences: employers and workers who perform removal work or encapsulation of materials containing asbestos or perform interventions on materials that may cause the release of asbestos fibers.
Subject: Protection of workers against the risks of exposure to asbestos.
When in  force : the text shall enter into force on 1 July 2013.
Notice: specified in the order under section R. 4412-111 and R. 4412-113 of the Labour Code, the technical rules and to set up collective means of protection to be
implemented by companies during operations involving a risk of exposure to asbestos.
